Frequently asked questions
Are prices net or gross?
All prices are net, plus applicable VAT. Billing is handled securely via Stripe.
What are credits and what are they for?
Credits are the balance for AI features: a label check costs 10 credits, an automatic extraction from data sheets or supplier evidence 5 credits — charged only on success. Paid plans receive monthly credits that never expire; one-off top-up packs are available in addition.
How does annual billing work?
All plans run for a twelve-month term, payable monthly or annually in advance (one month free). On annual billing you therefore pay eleven monthly instalments for twelve months. Credits are granted monthly either way.
I have a discount code — where do I enter it?
In your account under Billing, right above the plans. Once redeemed, the plans immediately show the reduced price and the discount is applied automatically when you book. Codes from campaign links are saved during registration.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrades are possible at any time; Stripe prorates the billing. Your data, documents and analyses are fully preserved.
What happens when my credits run out?
Nothing is lost: all master-data and document features keep working. For further AI analyses, simply buy a top-up pack or wait for the next monthly grant.
Is there a plan for agencies or larger companies?
Yes — individual terms are available for partners (e.g. packaging consultants, agencies) and enterprise requirements. Contact us via the homepage and we will get back to you promptly.
